    You can download from www.ubuntu.com the iso and burn it to cd or you can request a free cd mailed to you from the same web site.

    I think that they no longer send free CDs.

    There are instructions though on how to setup a live flash drive. Thats how i installed mine. Also means no messing arround with CD's

    I don't know where you live but my local Barnes & Noble bookstore now has three magazines that have Ubuntu 11.04 discs with them.

    You can also torrent it, which will be faster than downloading from the Ubuntu website. The .torrent can be found at http://torrent.ubuntu.com/simple/natty/desktop/.
    You will need to open this file in a bittorrent client (like uTorrent) to download the Ubuntu .iso file, which can then be burned to a CD, or made into a Live USB.
