appmenu autohide

I'd been working with global menu on my old ubuntu for 2 years and it was working perfectly tile I upgraded it to 11.04
I thought it should be perfect that ubuntu has global menu by default.
but now I can't stand it .it really freaks me out

I wonder if someone could help me turn the auto-hide option off

There is a auto hide option for the Unity panel on the left side of the screen . Open the Compiz CCSM if installed , locate the Unity plug-in . Under the behavior tab > hide launcher > select auto hide from the list.

Till now, there seems to be no way to turn off the auto-hide feature of Global Menu shipped with Natty 11.04:
