    Question HDD Case not recognized

Hi, I have a 750Gb SATA WD HDD and I put it into a NexStar CX Case.
The thing is that when I plug it the drive is not recognized and I cannot access to the disk.
Since it doesn't either work in Windows, I would like some help to debug the device and know if it's damage or something wrong.
The aren't jumper plugged in, according to this PDF[1] it should be set to SINGLE, which was needed to work.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

It's an HDD inside a case, it should work like a pendrive.
