Pino (Twitter client) on Ubuntu 11.04

Has anybody managed to get the Twitter client Pino working on 11.04? I only ask as it looks the better than the others and pretty lightweight.

I have been getting way out of my depth trying to cmake and waf and what not after following these instructions - http://pino-app.appspot.com/downloads

Can anybody lend a hand?
