    LemurUltra Thin Battery

    Hello All,

I got Lemur Ultra Thin few months ago, very happy with the machine except for battery life.
    I have the default battery - Li-Polymer Battery Pack - 31.08 WH

But there is another option available
Lemur UltraThin Li-Polymer Battery Pack - 62.16 WH
How much more battery life will i get if I change my battery to 62.16?

    Thanks

The extended battery will double your battery life, so if you're getting two hours now, then the extended battery will give you four.

Double. (You'll notice the numbers you listed: the larger one is double the smaller)

Edit: Looks like I was beaten to the post.

Thank you! By the way larger battery will have same size, it will not be sticking out or anything like this, right?

I was wondering about the bigger battery too. I expect it does stick out a little, but I'd like to see a picture and/or numbers on the additional size/weight if that's possible. I don't currently have a Lemur, but it is on my short-list for an upgrade.

Actually, it looks the same from the bottom as it does with the standard battery installed.

This is fairly common. Both batteries will use the same case. The "regular" one comes with a bunch of empty space. The extended life battery will just fill the empty space with another set of cells. If there was yet another, larger battery available, then the battery case would stick out a ways from the computer.

Not all instances work this way however...
