Packages like yelp (one that I gladly helped to translate) are 100% translated but in my systems (10.10 and 11.04) it still in english. Reloading updates or running apt-get update shows me that every connection to translations repositories fails. Even if I change servers I can't get translations updated.
So, what I'm doing wrong? How can I see my system in my native language?
