First by top panel disappeared, then went the window borders. I could only be upset with myself though, because I knew that it would happen, and I don't know what made me think otherwise.

after you have finished with this guide and you change other settings it will mess up your windows again so just log out and back in and they will be fixed. This is if you are using unity and not logged in as classic. I have the cube and many effects and they are working great in natty, but I to failed at my first attempt and had to reset unity.
