    Arrow Scanning with my printer??

    Hi,

I run Ubuntu 10.04 LTS; and, I think, the cups drivers for my printer??

The drivers are whatever Ubuntu finds and installs by default for the HP J4680.

The J4680 is an all in one device. It has been printing fine but now, for the first time, I need to scan something.

What do I do? I've never dealt with this before

Thanks in advance for your help.

Try to scan something with the default ubuntu scanner app, Simple Scan (Applications → Graphics → Simple Scan).

    Does it recognise your printer?

Problem solved. Thank you. I just didn't know where to look for the feature. I can crop it in Gimp too. It's perfect!
