Mint 11 is Awesome!

I find Mint 11 a little drab. I think it's the color scheme though really.

Are you talking about Mint 10, or 11? I think M 11 looks awesome. If I wasn't happy with gnome 3, I would consider mint. I notice they put a lot of thought into it.

If mint ever does gnome-shell, I might just be a convert.

I recently went over to Linux Mint 11 also the only problem i had were the modem default settings were wrong, but this was easily resolved but manually entering the new ones ("wap" not "web" and "pp.internet" not "pp.bundle", which no doubt affects all 11.04 based variants with 3g modems).

I love Linux Mint 11 and also like Kubuntu, I will not return to Main Ubuntu EVER because of the bad idea of developing Unity and using it has a default despite a lot of user protests, which were ignored.

PS: If you like Unity that is fine by me, the above is just my own preference and opinions.

I also feel KDE may now get a lot of new users because of Unity, honestly give it a whirl its improved a lot these days.

I found Mint 11 very cool... I think the only reason I am not using it right now if because I borked the installation (installed Gnome 3 and Gnome-shell which worked really well... removing it however didn't)...

As far as polish and sexiness goes Katya is right up there with the best!
