    Audio is also working fine for me. But on this site it just won't play
    www.skyrock.com
    does anyone can confirm that?

    another thing, if you click on the pause button, does it just pause or stop. I mean does it still use bandwidth for the streaming?

    hello .
    dont know if this is the right place to ask. but i didnt dare to open a new "totem" thread.

    i installed the win32 codecs manualy and totem-xine is complaining about missing codecs. i found no way to configure totem to use my manualy installed codecs.

    i've allready configured xine to use the win32 codecs, but that does not solve my problem

    edit: ok i found the config file myself at ~/.gnome2/totem_config

    i still dont get it to work. i installed everything and firefox still says "you dont have the wright plugin".

    I use Firefox 1.0.4 from the Ubuntu Backports.
    dominik@ubuntu:~$ ls -l /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/plugins
    insgesamt 0
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 37 2005-05-21 13:31 flashplayer.xpt -> ../../mozilla/plugins/flashplayer.xpt
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 39 2005-05-21 13:31 libflashplayer.so -> ../../mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 39 2005-05-21 13:37 libjavaplugin.so -> /etc/alternatives/firefox-javaplugin.so
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 35 2005-05-21 22:13 mozplugger.so -> ../../mozilla/plugins/mozplugger.so
    any ideas?

    Thanks for posting there. I used to use the totem mozilla plugin using epiphany/mozilla backend. It didn't support enough mimetypes though. I then switched to firefox and the plugin no longer installed. I luckily found this post.

    The only issue I'm having is the buffer is too small and videos stop to rebuffer a lot. Sometimes the movies don't play at all, and movies with advertisements at first dont want to play either...
