That's the Light theme he was just talking about being working on for KDE. Notice, though, that that's a terminal window. Depending on the application, the "border" can look thicker if the window is padded internally. Orta on Gnome actually has 2px window borders, and on a terminal window, that's all you see.
I do see the resemblance, though, and in contrast to Orta, I like Islington's white over silver-gray, and where I can't stand Orta's window controls (though they're easily substituted,) the ones for the Light theme above are very simple and attractive.
I know I shouldn't use tildes for decoration, but they always make me feel at home~
Light theme is just for plasma (panels/widgets/smoothtasks panel)
