help me make automated backups

Hi guys,

Loving my ubuntu. I have two 500 GB hard drives. One is primary and the other is for backup. I have one ntfs partition and two ext4 partitions. I need someone to help me setup automated backup jobs that will create a sector by sector snapshot of my drive and record the image on my backup drive and send an email log. Must support incremental backups. help?
