need help installing celtx tar.bz2

Been looking around for a simple way to install but I can't find anything just different threads but nothing clear cut, can someone please tell me how i can get celtx-2.9.1.tar.bz2 from my downloads folder to installed in the usr directory so I can use dash to call it then install in unity?

Go to your tar archive in your download location, and double click the file. You should be able to extract the files. There is probably a make and/or install file to compile the application after extraction.

I give up.... i did a work around to get it working from unity not what i wanted but i have really no other option. it works and i'm ok with that. thanks for the response and help.
