I've looked around for solutions, but can't seem to find any that actually work.
Flash's sound works on my computer (10.10), but only, like, half the time. Most of the time it's YouTube. And the ways that I can sometimes fix it are different each time. Sometimes, I can reboot, and that fixes it, but not every time. Sometimes, I can simply open a new browser window, and it works within that window (actually, sometimes when I do that, the sound suddenly starts working in the original window!), and sometimes (and this is probably the most bizarre) I can just jiggle the playback scrubber, and then it suddenly works. I have the same problem with Firefox, Swiftfox, Chrome, and Chromium.
What is even going on here?
