using iso image as if original DVD

    I have two simple questions.

If I make an iso image of a DVD, can I mount it just like the original DVD? Some of my DVDs are not movies, but educational stuff.

Second, if I want to write this iso image on another DVD, would it come out with the same structure as the original DVD. I ask this as I am leaving a lot of DVD behind, so I thought to have their iso image.

Is Brasero is good enough for the purposes mentioned above?

k9copy makes a fine iso of a DVD that can be played using VLC. That is the extent of my experience with it.
