How do you shutdown a guest in VMware Player?

How do you shutdown a Windows XP guest in a VMware Player 3.0 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS from the command line?

I googled and can't find a single command!

You can find the process ID and kill the process.

@Derxst - thanks for the idea, but that's not really good because that is like treating your PC just like an ordinary light bulb, with a turn off switch.

No shut down = bad sectors, corrupted files, etc...
