Hi All,
I am considering getting certified in Linux Administration.

1) Which organization is best for getting certified?
2) Which books are the best?
3) What topics should one focus on?
AND (the big daddy)
4) Is it worth it to get certified if one does not have a computer science degree and wants to break in to IT?

Regarding 4: Most employers are looking for experience rather than degrees; but if you already have work experience with computers in general, getting a degree in a specialist subject such as this may be a good way to get yourself noticed.
