    Re-assigning keys on laptop?

I have a 10.1" netbook (AOD255-1625), and while the keyboard is pretty great, it has one caveat in my opinion--the 'home' and 'end' keys are relegated to fn-keys.

In my windows 7 install, I have gone into the registry and changed this. I switched it so that page up/page down were actually what required the fn press (I usually either grab the scroll bar with my mouse or two a two finger scroll, so I don't need another way to go down pages), while the home/end were the normal executions of those keys without the fn key.

How can I repeat this in my 10.04 install?

    Thanks.
