Question How do I submit an LP BUG on "HAL"..?

Okay, I personally don't have this problem, but have been helping with graphics problems in Natty before it's realease.

I think I've fiiured out and narrowed down where the invalid modes and purple / black screens are coming from and by which module (HAL), but...

"It doesn't personally affect me." "I don't personally have this problem" ...But have helped many to get their graphics working again.

How do I report a bug that doesn't affect me? (With the data on what is happening) Before, doing this without it being personal, would be automatically triaged at LP as invalid, right?

I can see in the XDebug manuals that HAL is an Xorg piece and that you can report an Xorg bug via:
    Code:
    ubuntu-bug xorg

If you personally had this problem, because it is going to try to collect local data.
