Yes- in internet terms, this layout reeks of musty old age. This, along with some of the community pages, are in desperate need of rejuvenation. Let the phoenix rise from the ashes, I say!
If the forums are going to be that hard on the eyes, I at least hope that the upgrade in vBulletin software means that the forums will get Android "tapatalk" compatibility.

i would think people will have to buy vBulletin Mobile Suite to use vbulletin on there Mobile
