Trying to create custom launcher for flatout 2

Please help me im trying to create a launcher for flatout 2 and i dont know how.
I have tried every thing and it ether comes up with a error or doesn't start or do any thing at all.
My problem is that flatout 2 needs to load files from its whole folder.
Other wise i would have simply made a launcher of the .EXE but it comes up with a error saying its missing files.
So thats my problem i need a little help making a script or something.

Im not missing any files its just that i need to load the folder of flatout 2
like cd /home/user/drive_c that kind of thing.
Because i can launch the game through the regular .EXE
just fine.
