Actually, we're working on a new version of our Pangolin model. We don't have specific details on specs or release date yet, but based on the history of that model, I would guess you're looking at a starting price around $900, with a 15.6 inch screen.

A quick search turned up a few results that may help you in your search.
Seeing as it is pretty much the same thing..., I'll let you figure that part out haha..., The manufacturer Clevo is where you begin the search. Ok.., they only made the the 13.3 inch as a slim/ultra slim model. example:Clevo S3101 Slim Notebook Computer, 13.3" HD LCD, Intel i3-330UM ULV CPU ranging around the price range you are seeking.

Though there are other models mostly 15.6 and 17 inch models from the that are affordable and could get you heading in the direction you looking for.

Perhaps seeing as the company only produced that one 13.3 genre ultraslim model in those dimensions and specs, that could be most likely why the response given to you from System76 did not address your interest in 13.3 future model as mentioned in your initial request..., System76 responded that they are planning a 15.6 version similar to what you are seeking in the future as the majority of Clevo products are 15.6 and up perhaps?
