    Banshee

When I close banshee it doesn't quit. I was wondering if this is a bug. If I right click the icon in the side panel and click quit or if I go to media -> close, it is still running. Any thoughts?

This may be default behavior. Does it close if you stop the music playback first?

The graphical interface will close. When I check processes it is still running though. Further, if I close while a song or video is playing, you can still hear it. Not the end of the world but I was just curious.

Try starting it with Alt+F2 run dialog. Enter banshee.

You know what, your right. It will quit if nothing is playing back.
