Interesting issue, having (albeit intermittently, and therefore maddeningly) the same issue.

Same issue here. Unclickable area(s) after upgrading from 10.10.

    Re: Unclickable area in unity

Scrolling the window up or down works around the problem, I've found. I just assumed there was already a bug report.

I haven't had this problem for a few days now, so either it's a post-release-update that has fixed it, or it's been fixed since the last time I ran:

    Code:
    unity --reset
During development, unity --reset fixed lots of problems. Maybe it's still needed from time to time.
I try to treat the cause, not the symptom. I avoid the terminal in instructions, unless it's easier or necessary. My instructions will work within the Ubuntu system, instead of breaking or subverting it. Those are the three guarantees to the helpee.

Also had this problem, finally got irritated enough to try to fix it, running
    Code:
    unity --reset
    fixed it for me.

    Thanks for that 3rdalbum.

I upgraded from 10.10 to 11.04 and now NOTHING is clickable, even the logoff button will not do anything and I have to power it off, I posted a thing about it in the "Installation and Upgrades" area.

Actually I closed the terminal window after doing that and it killed unity. Restarted and everything back to normal, but still.
