Football Manager 2011 Wine stopped working :(

Hey all,
It's been a while that I've needed help with anything but I've been playing football manager 2011 for a while now and all of a sudden it stopped working. I don't think I've updated Wine recently but I've reinstalled FM since then and I haven't been able to get it running.

It tries to run and then doesnt show anything but then if I try and run it again, it says taht fm.exe is already running...

Any help is appreciated.

Did you upgrade to Ubuntu 11.04? If so, that may be the problem as it seems my Wine and others Wine have broken somehow from the 11.04 upgrade.

Yh I did upgrade to 1104. It was working in the beta though. Its blinking frustrating! I was mid season as well. I really thought I'd said goodbye to windows on my laptop.

It'll be good to hear if you find a solution.

I've upgraded wine to the latest 1.3 build too.

Peeps should all try running it without unity. i.e. log in using Ubuntu classic DE.

I'm also running it using the terminal command "wine fm.exe" after navigating to the correct folder.

I'm playing it now!

Edit: scratch that it stopped working again...

it started after ages, but only a black screen and what seems like a hidden button that I can click but nothing is happening.

I got this in the terminal though
