Versions of Icedtea 7

I will try OpenJDK 7 and I want to install the Java plugin for Firefox.
It is Ubuntu 12.04

If I ask to install
apt-get install icedtea-plugin
it will want to install version 6 instead of 7.

There are other packages:
icedtea-netx (I do not know if it is 6 or 7)
icedtea-7-jre-cacao
icedtea-7-jre-jamvm
and I do not know the differences.

What is the version of icedtea 7 that I should install?
