    Gnome 3 proxy settings

    Hi everyone,
I just can't set any proxy settings in Gnome 3 Network settings. Is it a bug or...?
I installed Ubuntu 11.04 and then used a PPA to install Gnome 3.
Some other "problem" is I can't set single click opening of folders...
    Can anyone help me please?
Thanks! And sorry for my bad english.

    Hi,

No it is not a bug, Gnome3 stores the Network Proxy settings in another place so your old applications can not find it anymore.

Do not worry tho, there is a temporary solution to get your old applications to work:

I went back to old gnome control center. Then it was working. I think, by editing gconf we can't set system wide proxy.
