    Question How to set memory timing correctly?

    Hello, i have G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM ram and it is rated at 7-8-7-24, and when i go into the bios there's a long confusing list of values...i don't know what to change..please help?? Thanks.

    Yes, in the bios I am in Memory Timing.

    I set the timings correctly, but the system wont boot..... ive increase voltage to 1.69
