    Question USB Drive Partitioning Problem

I have a 4 gig Sandisk Cruzer i've been trying to repartition of a long time. But there is a problem, evertime i try to wipe it and put a new fat32 partition on it it works, but then goes to having half fat32 and half unallocated. Does it everytime. Is there a way to fix this and get it to partition properly? Using GParted on Ubuntu 9.04.

    Re: USB Drive Partitioning Problem

First you should make a clean install of 10.04.2 or 10.10. Using 9.04 is a major security threat.

The program u3-tool can erase the drive completely. It is in the repositories.
