WebcamStudio Not Working/Preview

I am probably, over looking a simple option or such, but I can't get WebcamStudio to show my desktop instead of this default preview. I have selected Desktop in source and in output is set to Show Splash Screen preview... But how do I get my desktop instead of the Splash screen preview, and I would like to use this for ustream or justin.tv. Rigth now, ustream sees the option for WebcamStudio, and see the preview, but I can't figure out how to change the preview to the input of my desktop.

I have tried all of the output, and of course I have tried pressing play on the desktop layout.
My settings are the following, Desktop - 0,0 - 1920x1080 - Start: None
I have tried the default settings for Desktop, but that doesn't work either. I have a webcam that works through WebcamStudio, but that's the only thing that is currently working. It does see the device from Justin.tv and ustream, but I can't get it to see my desktop yet. :S
