My wife went out and got a Sony MHS-FS1 and my mission is to get it to work with Ubuntu (long since a windowless household...)
It shows up as a USB drive, I can see the folders, but I can't find any stills or videos I took to test it. (looked for hidden folders and used find to display every file on the drive)
I suspect some evil Sony magic is involved cause I can sure see everything else on the device (they seem especially fond of EULA's)
Can this work, or should I have my wife return it?
