Games You Have Successfully Installed & Played On Ubuntu

I don't have Ubuntu but I think this can count as I'm using a Debian based distro... I have successfully and finally installed Regnum Online! Haha Anyone already playing it? I don't think it's as good as most of the mmorpg's but I'm enjoying it..

I signed up before sa Regnum, but that time (I think Ubuntu 8.04 or earlier) hindi gumana sa rig ko, may glitch sa graphics. Try ko ulit.

Yup, LAN Games party! San ba ok ganapin? I can offer my house, it can accomodate a fair number of players sa garage.

I've installed 0AD(Alpha) last night but kailangang matulog kaya hindi ko pa nalalaro. Will check it tonight.

* Most Korean online games that use HackShield or GameGuard will not run unless you can trick the game. RO's GameGuard is like that and from my experience, that's the only game I was able to run successfully without problems.

Then there is also the issue of IE / trident being required by most Korean online games. Like Uncharted Waters Online, the game can run if you can make IE work for it, and it is not easy. When I tried it, I can't duplicate the process after upgrading to 10.10.

how did u install RO? i tried using latest wine via ppa to install luminaRO but it wouldnt work. patcher works but the game doesnt load. pahelp naman po. tnx.

Have just tried 0A.D. Daedalus alpha release. It's great! can't wait for the official gold release. The gameplay is great.

oops. im not so sure about this. pero sa release notes nila pwede na daw eh. natry ko lang isang game. astig ang graphics nila. i could say mas maganda pa sya sa battle realms. impressive yung gameplay. yung mga soldiers mo pwede din mag magharvest. tapos may mga heroes din. astig talaga. pero tingin ko mukhang matatagalan pa bago macomplete itong game provided na ito ay free source at walang publisher so walang deadline. pero ok talaga. mas ok pa sya sa mega glest.
