Evolution mail not suggesting contact name.

I switched to Ubuntu 1 month ago. Before that I was using Windows 7 and was using Microsoft Outlook as my Mail client. Now I am using Evolution mail as my mail client. The problem with Evolution is that it doesn't suggest me the names or E-mail address of recipients when I am composing a mail. Is there a way to activate this feature?

Reply ASAP, as most of my work is done by E-mails only.

You select "New Mail Message," you click on the "To" button, and nothing happens?

Yes. It gives me the contacts then. But is it not possible to configure it such that when I type initials of a name or email, it gives me suggestions like MS Outlook or Zimbra does?
