Sorry to bother you all about something everyone seems to have figured out a few years back, but hopefully someone can help me. I've been using Ubuntu 10.10 for a while but am still learning terminal commands. I'm trying to use KiGB v2.02, the newest version, but I can't get it to open. I did exactly what the readme file said:

"To set up HawkNL library, copy the file libNL.so.1.6.4 to /usr/local/lib.
Then, change directory to /usr/local/lib. Add a soft link: ln -s
libNL.so.1.6.4 NL.so.1.6. You have to be root to do this."

I can't say conclusively if I'm running a 32- or 64-bit distribution, only that I have i686 showing up in terminal. Hopefully that means more to you than it does to me.

Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated. Again, I'm really sorry to bother you with this, but I just can't figure out what to do.
