    Second try

    So my last thread didn't get anybody's attention
    I was basically asking
    How to switch between gnome/KDE behaivours?
    And between which other behaivours I can switch?
    Don't ignore me this time thanks

    have you got both installed ?

    if so, you can choose at the log in screen

    if not, you can install the one you don't have with synaptic package manager

    I agree with Jerome..It's been a learning curve for me but I wouldnt have it any other way.

    Regarding your question, aside from Gnome and KDE there are also those desktop environments:

    Of those I tried XFCE and Fluxbox. Fluxbox is a bit too spartanic/simplistic for me, but XFCE is cool, especially for older machines, I mean way older than my 10-year-old one. Gnome is working just fine at my machine.
