    Question Transfer Google Address Book

I use Ubuntu 10.10 with LibreOffice and I want to transfer my Google Address Book or Sync my Google Address Book with LibreOffice. Is there a way of achieving this? I have looked in the help files but I haven't found an answer ... this could be down to my lack of experience.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Gael.

    Re: Transfer Google Address Book

If the LibreOffice can use your Evolution Address book then you can have Evolution connect to your Google Contacts and auto-sync.

Otherwise there should be a way from the GMail web interface to download your address book as a .CSV or something which you might be able to import into *office.

    goto gmail.
    Click Contacts
    Checkmark all.
    "More Actions" button.
"Outlook CSV format (for importing into Outlook or another application)"
