[Rhythmbox] Saving/Retaining Library Information

Seem to be having a problem with Rhythmbox, hoping someone can give me a little help.

When editing track information via: Track>Properties, I am able to make changes to Artist/Genre etc, however once I exit Rythmbox the information reverts to it's original state. Tried to find similiar problems on the forums but I'm fairly new to it. Hope you can help.

I hope that I have not misunderstood but it appears that you want to edit the tags for your tracks.

You could try one of the tag editors available in the Software Centre such as:-

Easytag or Audio Tag Tool

Thankyou for replying so quickly, the programs you suggested worked a treat barring a few files that simply don't want to be changed! But thankyou again.

Edit- Have removed Rhythmbox and installed Banshee, sorted everything out for me on opening!
