I purchased an album of of the Ubuntu One music store. Took forever to download to the cloud. Then, after downloading from my Ubuntu One cloud, most of the songs had some sound anomalies. At first, I thought it was just the files I downloaded, so I tried downloading on another computer on a completely different connection, same thing. I contacted the 7digital support about 5 days ago, but still haven't gotten a response. How long should I wait before sending another email and how long does it normally take to get a response normally? It would be nice to either get to re-download it directly to my computer or get a refund.
