I am unable to view it. Apparently it says why I can't post in the Community Cafe.

It says they have replaced some of the hardware this morning (UTC time) and some features may not be available for several days, including:

Disabled Features:
* Community Cafe
* Community Cafe Games
* Recurring Discussions
* User Albums
* Social Groups
* Visitor Messages

I am unable to view it. Apparently it says why I can't post in the Community Cafe.

In short: the forums were experiencing difficulties, so some areas have been temporarily disabled. Canonical have been good enough to provide new servers. Things will be restored once we're sure that no gremlins have crept in.

It seems the announcement expired on the 15th, hence why it had become unviewable. I've extended it for a few more days

Does it sound like progress is being made? I mean, I wouldn't want to put everything back up again until I was 100% sure it would work.

Well, that's all fine and well, lisati, but the Announcement is now just a UF FAQ and not the link you've posted above. Not that anybody was paying attention to it anyhow but I'm just sayin'...
