Konqueror preview problem

When previews for HTML files are enabled, konqueror pops up many windows with URL http://error/?error=111&errText=<some long URL: usually an invalid URL in the HTML file>

Even when previews are disabled, this problem occurs whenever I mouseover an HTML file icon.

How do I resolve this?

I use firefox, the problem I have is when using konqueror to browse files

Dolphin is not so good for various reasons.

I disabled previews for html files and still get this problem. It happens every time I mouse over and the tooltip appears.

How do I stop this?
