    Hardware for LTSP?

I am looking at setting up a Linux Terminal Services installation, and I want to ask about the hardware required. I would like to get away from having each client use its own small PC.

Is that the only way to configure things?

What is a typical LTSP installation set up with?

I see that HP has these little devices... http://bit.ly/i5pY0x but a bit pricey.

    Anything else out there?

There must be a cabling set up that is common...

    Re: Hardware for LTSP?

I am unsure what you are looking for exactly. Each client will need some way to connect to the ltsp server, normally this is accomplished with a thin client of some sort. A thin client can be a specific product marketed as a thin client, probably like the HP item you are looking at or it can be an old laptop or desktop that connects to the ltsp server via PXE or Etherboot.
