Error Message: Plugin Incomplete Mythbuntu 10.10

    Hi,

New user grinding along, learning and having <grrrrr> fun

I'm setting up a stand alone Mythbuntu with a Maverick Desktop.

Anyway I've done my best at following directions and others learning processes and come to a place I just can't seem to figure out.

No matter what I try to do I get the pop up msg for Plugin Incomplete and the msg in the window:
The MySQL plugin is not fully filled out.
    Please complete it before proceeding.

I'm at a total loss here, I've read and read and looked at any number of different but similar issues of others but just can't seem to get past this.

Hope someone will be able to point the right direction on this.

Oh and I have to say, "Thanks all in advance for all the unknown help I've received over the time I've spent with Ubuntu various releases." Thanks!

    behoof

Sorry for the second message but I also am noticing that it appears that the front end and back end aren't communicating. And that there have been 2 more databases created, I think.

I'm at a bit of a loss here.

    Thanks,
    behoof
