What have you tried? Open synaptic and there are several apps which could fit the bill, but you'll need to try them and find out, I think.

I would recommend you this sms software. It supports Huawei modems. It can read messages from the modem in real-time as they are received and also send auto-replies. It's for windows but I know people use it on linux through WINE
