openvpn server tap on 10.04 lucid why can only one user login?

Hi I followed the instructions from this website

Now I am connecting from via port 443 TCP instead of UDP 1194.
When one machine is logged in, another machine cant login. I forgot what
error message he gave me, but I remember he was retrying and retrying forever. Once the first machine logs out then other can login, but its rlly
one at a time. I was ok in the beginning that only one machine can connect
but it would be cool if at least 2 clients can connect at the same time.

Maybe anything to do with this part of server configuration?

"dev tap0 ## If you need multiple tap devices, add them here"
how to add or do I even need to add?
I am total noob
