Dual display messed up real bad

hi i just wanted dual display on the tv as well as the computer and now the top bar is gone, everything is gone from the desktop. how can i get them back. it shows on the tv but i have just a blank pink screen on the computer. ahhhh pulling my hair out now!!!

In your multiple screen settings, the TV is chosen as primary schreen, if you want the bar on your computer, you should pick your computer as primary.
