I got thinking that it would be great if I could teach FOSS at uni or something. Like teach an introductory class to FOSS, a Linux class, Open Office class, etc.
Is this even possible and reasonable career choice?
nice idea, but there are few schools in the world who would allow this. maybe as an course or something, but i dont think there would be enough participants, because the people who use linux and open source already know the basics, and people who use windows are pretty much satisfied with it and dont want to know this "strange" os.

Agreed, they'd probably see it as irrelavant considering most places use Windows as their primary OS.
if you want to teach linux youll be more marketable as a networking teacher, or teaching something server related.
