One sound Input Multi Output

Hi Guys, I've been looking for a way to stream the same audio stream out onto multiple outputs -
1)bluetooth
2)darkice
3)Audacity recording

We have one microphone I have Pulse Audio , PAVU, Device chooser.

I am able with PAVU to stream different streams onto different mediums, so the sounds fine.

I guess I need to know is there an easy way to create virtual interfaces I can control ?
