I remember it, but I can't say I ever watched it. One of the Video Replies to the video was the theme to Pepper Ann which I did watch.

Might be USA based {biased}. Not shown in UK as far as i remember. Still it looks funky. Maybe that's because i'm getting old though and i don't remember it
