Agere ET1310 Ethernet Expresscard

Hi,

I'm looking for a Gigabit Ethernet Expresscard adaptor to add a second GigE port to my laptop (Dell Precision M6300). I've found one at a reasonable price where the seller claims Linux support and says it's based on the Agere ET1310 chip.

I've found a few references to the ET1310 that say it was problematic back in the Hardy days. I'm hoping that has improved in the last 2 years. Does anybody have one of these now and can you comment on how well it works on Maverick please?

Are there any other cards you would recommend in preference?
