The message you received when you got the infraction will tell you whether it expires or not. If it is set to expire, the message will tell you how long the infraction will last, from the date you received it.

Note that an expired infraction will remain on your profile, but is not visible to the public.

Also "Posting about receiving an infraction about breaking the CoC is not clever".Why is that? Why my thread was put in jail, just because I posted something about my infraction in ab beginner section? What's wrong in that?

With that I think you are starting to beat a dead horse. I think your question has been asked and answered and support the actions of the staff.
